Ryanair Offers Cheap Flights For Santorini Experience

The low cost airline and official partner of the long distance running and swimming event is offering flights to Santorini for prices as low as 15 euros.

For those still on the fence about joining the Santorini Experience – a sporting event featuring long-distance swimming and running races to take place on October 6-8 – Ryanair just made getting there a lot easier.

The low-cost airline and official partner of the Santorini Experience has announced that it will be serving the route Athens-Santorini with fares from as low as €14.99. The offer applies for travels within October although bookings must be completed by this Sunday 23/07.

Ryanair has also release a video promoting the event:

Of course, those traveling by ferry need not miss out on cheaper travel for Santorini Experience, as Blue Star Ferries is offering a 50% discount on the ferry tickets for passengers and vehicles to all those visiting the event and the island from October 2nd to 13th 2017. Each person who has completed his/her registration is entitled to the same discount for 3 more people (if they are traveling companions) or for 4 people (if they are family members).

Meanwhile on Santorini, another of the event’s sponsors, Avance Rent a Car, is offering a 15% discount on car rentals during the event.

This year will be the third that the Santorini Experience is being held on the island and registrations have already surpassed those received last year. The schedule includes a 1.5-mile open water swimming race, on Saturday 7 October 2017 and running routes of 15km, 10km & 5km, on Sunday 8 October 2017.
