Those planning to go sightseeing in Athens this weekend should note that the Acropolis archaeological site is to be closed between the hours of 08:00 and 10:30 in the morning on Sunday, 19/10.
The reason is for security during a visit by high-ranking foreign officials, the Culture Ministry has announced. No more information was immediately available.
