Athens Tram: Longer Hours on Weekends

From today, Friday, June 3, the public tram network in Athens will operate an extended service every Friday and Saturday night.


As the summer season gets underway, Athens’ public tram network will begin extended operating hours on Fridays and Saturdays.

Following an announcement by Urban Rail Transport S.A (STASY S.A.), the new operating hours from June 3 are as follows:

 

Departures from Terminals:

Line T6 (Syntagma – Pikrodafni)

Syntagma at 01:40

Pikrodafni at 00:57

Line T7 (Asklipieio Voulas – Aghia Triada) 

Asklipieio Voulas at 00:54

Aghia Triada at 01:53

T6 + T7 (with connection at Pikrodafni)

Syntagma to Asklipieio Voulas at 01:40

Asklipieio Voulas to Syntagma at 00:29

Aghia Triada to Syntagma at 00:22

Syntagma to Aghia Triada at 00:30

The frequency of the itineraries during the extended opening hours is set at 25 minutes.
