Cheese, peppers and tomatoes are layered with a sprinkling of fiery red pepper flakes for this hearty dish.

Preheat the oven to 200C. In a baking dish, layer the feta, tomato, pepper and boukovo.
Sprinkle the grated kasseri on top and bake for approximately 15 minutes to melt the cheeses. Add the oregano and olive oil before serving as an appetizer.
