It’s no surprise that Greek yogurt is wildly popular. Deliciously creamy and packed with nutrients and probiotics, many see it as an integral part of the healthy, Mediterranean diet (in moderation, of course!). It’s versatile, too, being a base ingredient for all kinds of dips, sauces, bakes and desserts.

In this quick and easy recipe, we use only 3 ingredients to make a creamy frozen version at home, the perfect treat for lazy summer days or as a delicious dessert to serve up at dinner parties to impress your friends. And the best thing about it is that it doesn’t require an ice cream maker!

Preparation

Pour the heavy cream into a bowl and add the sugar. Mix with a hand mixer until it becomes the same consistency as soft whipped cream.

Add the yogurt and continue mixing with a spatula.

Fill a pastry cornet with your mixture and fill 5 or 6 cups.

Place them in the freezer for about 2 hours.

Serve with a garnish of drizzled honey and walnuts.
