BACKGROUND

Archontiko Kaltezioti (or Kalteziotis Mansion) is an atmospheric hotel complex situated in an idyllic countryside that provides high-end amenities and a hospitable environment. It consists of one boutique hotel, which has the air of a mountain resort; one renovated traditional inn dating back to 1860, which served as the Kalteziotis family home for more than a century; a boutique chalet, perched on the slopes and with a great view of Mainalo ski resort; and four self-contained villas in the heart of the mountain.

FEATURES

Depending on your needs, tastes and budget, you can choose from the 44 available rooms of the complex. In the boutique hotel, you’ll find classic and comfortable standard rooms, studios (which are ideal for families) and a luxurious VIP suite. In the renovated traditional inn, there are four suites with stone walls, wooden ceilings, king-size beds and sculpted wooden furnishings that take you back in time. The chalet has 12 suburb, mountain-view rooms in classical decor with modern touches.

Finally, if you want privacy, you can opt for your very own villa, complete with fireplace, living room space and private veranda. For relaxation and rejuvenation, the hotel offers saunas, jacuzzis, a hammam and body massages. For keeping fit there is also a fully equipped gym and outside pool. Two fully equipped conference facilities, with a capacity of up to 250 people, are also available, making Archontiko Kaltezioti an ideal venue for companies seeking to offer their delegates an exciting countryside experience.

FOOD & DRINK

You can start with a traditional buffet breakfast, prepared with local products like homemade jam, village cheese and fir honey. Move on to the reception lounge for coffee, tea or a glass of wine. For dinner, Greek delicacies, accompanied by local wine and the sounds of a piano, are served at the Petrino Kelari restaurant in the traditional inn, which used to house the stables and whose character has remained almost intact. Before turning in, a variety of special drinks and local wines are on offer at the lounge bar in the boutique hotel, or at the chalet bar, which is reserved for chalet guests.
