New “Architectural Objects” by Polina Ellis

Athens based jewelry designer Polina Ellis presents her latest project “Architectural Objects,” inspired by ancient Greek mythology, design and symbolism.

On Thursday, February 2, Polina Ellis presented her new project “Architectural Objects,” which is an evolution of her jewelry designs.

The Minotaur, Tethrippon, Enosis and Syndesis collections were revived in the form of marble sculptural constructions (decorative objects, indoor and outdoor lighting, flower pots, furniture and others).

The presentation took place in the emblematic and historical space of the Fondazione/S. Loverdos Foundation Library designed by Ernst Ziller, in the heart of Kifissia.

Polina Ellis, guest of the concept maker Georgios Thisseas Carabellas, curator/creative director of the Fondazione, received a special invitation to attend a “salon” on the theme of design, archaeology, jewelry and Theseus.

This is how the 7th consecutive action of Les Salons Littéraires took place at the Fondazione, which started the second cycle of cultural and artistic actions at the beginning of 2022, and continues dynamically in 2023.

Once again, the atmosphere of the old urban literary salons was creatively revived under a modern look and in a wonderfully creative atmosphere.
